What to Include in Your Email
- Your firm name and SRA number
- Your name, email address and direct telephone number
- Client’s full name and date of birth
- Case type — immigration and asylum, modern slavery, domestic abuse, criminal, or other
- All relevant reference numbers — Home Office ref, Tribunal appeal ref, LOI reference
- The service required — full MLR, reassessment, brief screening, or fitness for interview letter
- Your required completion date and whether urgent delivery is needed
- Any specific questions you need Alla to address
- Any supporting documents — prior medical or psychological records, legal correspondence, previous expert reports
What Happens Next
Alla will respond to all instruction emails within two working hours during business hours. She will confirm:
- Availability for the assessment
- The applicable fee and any uplifts
- An invoice — payment is required before the assessment is confirmed
- A proposed assessment date and time once payment is received
- Any additional documentation required before assessment
